How to know my order status? What is its actual status?

Log on your account then access your Orders History.

An order can have four different status:

  1. Open: Payment has not yet been received. We are waiting for it before proceeding with your order. Please note that change of order status is not real time. If you just paid now do not expect your order status to change immediately;
  2. Proceeding: We are waiting one or several items before shipping. It is also possible Post office is not open at the time being (week-end or public holiday). Order is not yet shipped;
  3. Sent: Order has been shipped out and an e-mail sent to your address;
  4. Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled;
