I don't get any answer from you!

If you do not get any answer from us during several days (it can take up to 2 weeks for special requests when we are very busy) it might be that your mail address is not correct or your mailbox is full.

We very frequently get mails from customers which have not set correctly their mail address. We cannot do anything else than waiting, in the hope they will notice themselves and fix the problem before contacting us again...

Also, check that our mails are not labeled as spam (it is often the case with AOL or Yahoo). And add our domain, @nippon-export.com, to your whitelist.
