How to pay with credit card?
This page explains you how to pay using a credit card.
Thanks to our Japanese partner 24card.jp, the operation is secured and crypted using standard SSL 128 bits technology. It is verified by Secom.ne.jp.
The payment page is in English (and in French), so you should not encounter any problem. Anyway, here is the payment process with pictures.
After having choosen the credit card payment option and confirmed your order you are directed to 24card.jp.
Here is the first step, asking you to wait during the connexion to the secured server:
You will be quickly directed to the payment page. Here is the second step:
The payment amount is indicated, in Japanese yens, on the right on the top.
Confirm your payment and the site will ask you to wait again while your data are checked. This can take up to 20 seconds. Please wait until it ends. Here is this third step:
If your information are correct the payment site will redirect you to the Nippon-Export site.
It can happen you will get a warning message telling you the page is no longer crypted and information will be sent without any protection: this is normal, the payment site is just confirming the Nippon-Export site your payment was OK. Do not stop at that time or your order will not be registreted and we will not be able to handle it.
Fourth and last step:
If information are not correct or if your card is not accepted you will see this message:
Click on the button and input your data again. If your card is still not accepted you will have to choose another method of payment. Click on the "Cancel / Annuler" button and you will be redirected to the Nippon-Export site.
